 "GRADING SYSTEM"

Introduction:

                    Grading system is the process of giving or computing the grades of the students.

                    In education field, especially in college level. Grading system is one of the most valuable thing. It consist the grades and the performances that the student took. Instructors need to give highly attention on this particular area for the student to commit its grades. 

SCOPE

 1. Who are the people involved in this system?

        .Teachers and instructors is the one who gave and compute the grades of a student

        .Students is the one who received the grades.

        . And ICT people

2.What software did you use?

            Front/back end:

               - Posgre SQL

               -Web browser

3.What hardware did you use?

             .Computers (workstation and etc)

             .Switch (for working purposes)

             .Cables

4.What network did you use?

             .LAN (Local area network)

             .Star topology

5. What are the procedure of your information system?

              .Log-in

              .Authentication

              .Select of grading system in Menu

              .Grading Sheet

                    -Select section

                    -Select a name of students

                    - then, input grades

              .Click the submit button

              .then finally , log- out.

GENERALIZATION:

                Therefore grading system is the one way of computing and giving the grades to the student.

                 And now a days technology is more useful and more needed for each of us,especially to the people who have a work in big companies and a people have a profession just like an teacher,manager and etc.

                 And with the help of a technology we can easily do our work faster and perfect at all time.
